The Downward Food Spiral

  The bad food spiral is always my downfall when it comes to dieting and trying to make lifestyle changes.

I was doing really well with making better choices and eating healthier until I made the divine chocolate muffins and ate 10 of them in 2 days. I couldn’t contain my temptation. Granted, these are only 77 calories each, but did I mention that I ate 10 of them?!?!


This lead into a downfall of chocolately indulgence for the past week.

Then, to make matters worse, I stopped at McDonald’s on Tuesday. I honestly don’t remember the last time I had eaten there (well, prior to Tuesday) and had been craving it. I simply ordered a chicken nugget meal with fries and didn’t take any dipping sauce. Now, this isn’t too terrible calorie wise (660, and not overly filling), but then my body started craving crappy food and I indulged – over, and over again.

So back on track today. Although, now that I’ve had all that sugar my body is quickly revertating back to my previous ways.

But, going to make good choices today, then tomorrow, then the next day – you know, day by day – until I’m back on track!
