Last week’s menu planning was such a great success and made my life SO much easier, that it’s definitely going to be a weekly thing!
This week, all my lunches will simply be Healthy Choice Steamers with soup and cereal for breakfast.
Like last week, my plan is based on things I already have to minimize expenses and shopping time.
So here’s the dinner plan:
Monday aka today: Yummy Zucchini Dish with cauliflower instead of asparagus
Tuesday: Embarrassingly Easy Crock Pot Salsa Chicken Thighs (new recipe for me – stay posted for reviews!)
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Skinny Beef Casserole (new recipe for me – stay posted for reviews!)
Friday: Sesame Chicken
